Numenmail Paid Mail offers very cheap advertising. It allows you to send an e-mail to all its members for only $3. I usually get a lot of sign ups when I advertise a free to join program so I can highly recommend it for free to join programs. You have to sign up with them and receive their e-mails to advertise with them but you don’t have to read their e-mails. I have never been paid as yet for reading their mails so I can only recommend them for the response from their members.
